I am on Windows 11 and when I start Norton 360 I get a screen that says "you are protected" and a "fix now" button. Clicking on fix now does not do anything and I can not run Norton. What do I need to do/
Are you using a Windows admin account when you see this? If not, try a restart as suggested by bjm and log into Windows with an admin account and see if you still see the Fix Now. If so click that and see if it works.
Did you recent in-place update to W11?
Have you run machine Restart (not Shut down)?
May be time to refresh your Norton install?
