This what I see when I open Norton. I cannot enlarge this window. My display is set at 3840 x 2160
Hello David. Why is your resolution set that high? And what is your scaling set at in Windows?

As @SoulAsylum observed, your resolution is for 4K displays. That’s probably the cause.
If change the resolution doesn’t entirely fix the problem, double check your Windows setting to see if the app and font size is set to a max of 100%. Anything larger can cause problems with ver 24 of N360. I have old eyes and was using a higher font size. That worked perfectly with the previous version of N360 but not ver 24. I don’t know if this is a bug in ver 24 that Norton will fix or if it’s a permanent issue.
I too have this problem on my 4K monitor (running with the Windows ‘Recommended’ Text size and resolution). Most Norton windows are effected by this problem. Any info on a fix?
@andre_downey What are the actual values of your resolution? IE: 2200X1900 as an example, what is your scaling value? IE: Is it see above 100%? Thanks.

Thanks, Text size is 150%, Display Res 3840x2160. Have no other UI problems with these settings.
Set your text to 100% lets see if that makes any changes. As far as I can tell Norton isn’t supporting 4k with the new releases.

Hi, I have similar. Changing text percentage/desktop resolution doesn’t help. Any idea how to fix it?
All: Have any of the recent product updates since the original post helped with this issue? Just following up.
