hey, i just got a new hp computer, and i set it up less than two weeks ago, and when i try to open norton, a window pops up saying "unable to open this norton product. please restart your computer." i've restarted my computer several times, and it still does this. i ran a troubleshoot on this problem, and it couldn't recommend anything. i'm not sure what version of norton this is, but it's the one that came with my computer that i just bought, so it might be the most recent, or it could be the one before that i suppose. my computer is running windows 7. also, it's still on the 60 day trial for norton, in case that makes any difference. can someone please help?
