I am not sure if it is norton 360 but it says internet security on it. I am not sure I have a virus but I tried to get my internet to work and after I trouble shot it it said that my firewall is blocking it and I should let it through. I didn't think that was true because it was working the day before. Is it a virus saying that? Also, when I try to open Norton, it doesn't open at all. Please help me!
