Norton360Premium will not download and open

Issue Abstract: Newly purchased Norton 360 from retail outlet will not download get error code 2061

Detailed description:
Purchased Norton 360 Premium at retail outlet, downloaded it with product key but after one day it said trial period over and now when I try to renew/download again says error code 2061. My account shows two subscriptions available but neither used. Still cannot download from within my account still get error code 2061.
