NortonLive agent "code of ethics" or something similar?

Hi-

 

I have a relative who is interested in the NortonLive PC Power Boost Service.

 

He has shared some concerns about the possiblity of identity theft during the remote control session with the agent.

 

I will give assurances that while anything is possible, our agents are trained professionals and so forth. 

 

But it got me wondering if there are any online references that give more concrete assurances for these concerns - any ideas?
