My account is set to English, since many years. But Norton keeps sending me their emails in dutch. Whether this is marketing material, subscription renewals, whatever.
I assume this is because dutch is one of the official languages of the country in which I live. But this is not my language of choice.
Both the application and the web interface are correctly using English. It is just the emails that use dutch.
I have explored all possible settings, haven't found anything to fix this. I contacted support which did the usual uninstall/re-install BS, but that of course hasn't changed the email language.
Does anybody have an idea on how to change this?
