Norton's emails are in a wrong language

Hi All,

My account is set to English, since many years. But Norton keeps sending me their emails in dutch. Whether this is marketing material, subscription renewals, whatever.

I assume this is because dutch is one of the official languages of the country in which I live. But this is not my language of choice.

Both the application and the web interface are correctly using English. It is just the emails that use dutch.

I have explored all possible settings, haven't found anything to fix this. I contacted support which did the usual uninstall/re-install BS, but that of course hasn't changed the email language.

Does anybody have an idea on how to change this?

My email provider does not manage the language of the mails I receive. I constantly use 4 different languages, both receiving and sending.

All other software companies I'm using, Microsoft, Adobe, Topaz, Backblaze, Acronis, Cyberlink, Feedly, etc... - literally dozens - talk to me in the language I select.

It is just Norton which doesn't seem to understand...

Have you conferred with your email provider about a way to change the language your emails are received in? Is the email client you are using set for english?
