Hello im new here so i hope you could help me.
I bought a Norton AntiVirus cd and i had an error when trying to install saying
"Installation requires access to a resource that is currently locked please try again later."

but with no luck so i was hoping you guys could help me so any one got an idea?

Are you logged in as an administrator? What is your operating system? What was the security product you were using before you attempted to install NAV? How was it removed?
No answers but your answers should give us a better idea on how to assist you
