I installed Norton security premium over Norton 360 and an error message came. I had a chat with customer support but they also couldn't help me. Norton removal tool, deletion of leftover registry entries and files have been deleted, scanned with Malwarebytes which found nothing, tried installing Norton security premium in safe mode but to no avail. Now even Norton 360 an d identity safe are also not installing. I have also tried Norton power eraser and Norton bootable recovery tool. Please update the Norton removal tool or the version of Norton security premium if required to solve this problem. And Norton product builders should not develop a new program with a buil-in uninstaller which removes an older Norton product. This is what has caused so many problems.
