Not able to open certain apps in my iPhone

Suddenly cannot open certain apps on iPhone7.  Not sure if it is related to install of mobile security?  Maybe I changed something in settings or an update did.  I am connected to a secure network even though I get a not connected to network message.  I have wasted days trying to resolve, out of time.  Please Help

One more question if I may. What apps were you having issues with? I just updated iOS to 14.3 and all my apps still work as they should.

On my iPhone I had Norton Mobile Security.  Norton Secure VPN & Proxy VPN and also Norton Password Manager.  

No time on my schedule to devote anymore time to this.  Christmas is 10 days away and I have wasted at least a week.

Thanks for posting back with the additional information. The only change seems to have been iOS upgrading to 14.3. I'll upgrade my iOS and see if I see the same issue you did. 

Just to confirm, you did have the new Norton Mobile that has the VPN function included? If not, could you try installing Norton again and seeing if you still see the issue.

Nothing opened or worked,  Could not access Apple ID either.

Norton 360 Deluxe.  

Issue resolved by deleting all Noeron from mobile phone.  Perfect.

 

Do the apps not open, or do they not function the way they used to? What apps are you having difficulty with?
