Issue abstract:Not possible to enter key or connect to my accoutn via the app

Detailed description: I always get an error message when trying to enter the key or connect to my account via the norton security app. The licence key is already deposited on my account on the norton website.

Product & version number: norton security 24.10.9535 (Build 24.10.9535.880)

OS details: windows 11

What is the error message you are seeing? Server-Fehler - Ihre Anforderung kann derzeit nicht abgeschlossen werden. Wir arbeiten an diesem Problem. Versuchen Sie es später erneut. -6002
