Not receiving email from one sender

Using XP SP3, NIS 2009 16.7.210, FF 3.5., IE 8.0.6001.18702

 

I have one sender who's email isn't coming in at all. It isn't even going into my spam box. The sender uses two email addresses, both from the same domain. The domain's web site is ok and reported as safe. Both addresses are in my approved list and not in my blocked list.

 

Any ideas, anyone?

Did you check with them to see if they have the correct address for you.  I know I get a lot of invitations to parties, and family reunions that I should not be getting.

Have you checked with your ISP and the ISP of the sender?

I’m in the process of checking with my ISP.

They have the correct address. I’ve had messages forwarded to me by third parties that show my address as correct.
