Not record transcripts on AIM chat

I was referred here by Bobby Shurtliff.  Norton online Family is not longer recording AIM chat from ny daughter computer.  I contact Norton Support and here is what we did so far without any luck.  We uninstalled family safety minder and re-installed the family safety minder with no luck.  Everything else seems to be working fine, recording web site view, time feature, etc.  It was recording AIM chat fine for about a month and than on 9/21/09, it stop recording.  I received no more recording after that.  I checked my daughter computer and her users name matches her name under profile on online family safety page.  I am lost as to what to do next.  Thank you Craig

Please make sure Chat Supervision is ON under Settings -> Instant Messaging.  Also,  what version of AIM do your daughter use?

Thanks for your information.  Our development and QA team are working on the feature to support AIM7.  When it becomes available, we will update the thread.

Yeah, but it was working fine and recording chat with this version.

Is it possible she was using AIM with version prior to 7.0.11.2 before, and then later updated to 7.0.11.2, and it stopped working?
