Hello :) Ive just changed from Norton 360 to Norton Security Deluxe for 5 devices, on my windows 10 pc.
I opened Norton today to see how to install it on my other pc and so selected "More Protection", it then comes up "Add a device, Show me how" with the "show me how" in an orange box, but when I click on it nothing happens, if I click on the "+ Add Devices" icon below the "show me how" box nothing happens either. If I click on any of the things listed ie Identity Safe, Add Devices, Family, Manage nothing happens.
Likewise if I click on "Help - Add a device" Nothing happens.
I have seen advice on here about clicking on Subscription Status, but when I open Help and click on it all that comes up is "communicating with Norton" then "You are Protected,

Status: Active "
I have also tried running "get Support" which comes up "Scan complete - We did not find any issues with Norton Security" then " says "We are able to detect and fix many problems with Norton Security automatically. If your problem is not resolved, you can go to our Support Web Site for further assistance." below this message is another orange box saying "Open Support Web Site" but again when I click on it nothings happens, it does grey out for a split second but then it just goes back to orange again.
Can someone please help me?
