Notification window always lowest and cannot be selected unless you minimize or close all upper windows

Very frustrating clicking on the window or in taskbar just to remember, that you cant make it fully visible unless you minimize all other windows first.

i now that bug it is a stupid one even norton eu hate it but i dont now a work around to it but i can ask if i found one
