My Windows 7 PC was infected with the FBI Moneypack virus 2 days ago, ran latest NPE but didn't work. Called Norton they said this was a new moneypack virus and wanted to charge/sell me service for a $100 to remove via remote access.
Questions.
1. Is this a new virus?
2. Why did NPE not work?
3. Is Norton trying to extort $100 from their user community?
