Detailed description:Suddenly when using NPM on my phone I have to use my vault pw instead of my pin. It no longer ask for the pin. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the pin but it still says for the vault pw. Why and how do I fix this?

And you’re seeing “Your PIN has been set up”?
Did you try signing out all Norton – sign in?
Did you try Delete PIN → Create PIN?
Did you try Uninstall + Install > Norton Password Manager app → Create PIN?

Edit: when I call Account Settings (three dots) from the Vault Password screen > then X close > now I see “Enter Your PIN”
Yes……..Pin deleted and reinstalled. NPM uninstalled and reinstalled and setup with same results. I did just discover that when I open the app I get the vault code window and not the pin window however is I minimize the vault window and reopen it it changes to the pin screen with no need for the vault code. This Norton version is dated July 30, 2026 and that’s when all this started.
