NSM not tracking son's laptop use

I am a Premier member, and I have NSM running on our family PC as well as my son's laptop. Both devices show up under "Devices" and he is checked as a user for both computers. But, the only activity being logged is when he uses the family computer, not his laptop.

 

NSM is blocking the appropriate sites on his laptop and he is receiving messages about blocked websites. But I am not receiving any tracking information on Searches, Videos, Apps or Messaging, and I know he is using all three of these applications. It is also not logging the time he spends on his laptop. Can you help with this problem?
