I recently reinstalled the norton security software provided by comcast, or at least I tried to. Before I went to reinstall the software I was running version 21.5. However, now I seem to be stuck at build 21.1. Tried pretty much everything, norton removal tool in safe mode for a clean install, reboot after every patch is applied, even tried manually updating the definitions (yes I know that it doesn't update the actual build.) Was working with norton support for somewhere around 3 or 4 hours through their remote support. They were going to escilate my problem to a higher support level for the third time before I had to go finish some other work. They seemed pretty persistant with it being something to do with my installation.
Any chance anyone is aware of some other sort of issue with the update system that is keeping me from updating to build 21.5?
Is this something to do with build 21.6 being rolled out?
