Ok, this is truly getting ridiculous. After months, and months of effort, higher level support, remove/reinstall NTB/NIS/Firefox, reinstalling in different order (NIS, then FF:FF, then NIS, etc), the NTB works for a while after running FF, but, after closing the Vault, come back to it later (FF still open/running from earlier), NTB (3 dots) to reopen to log back in, completely dead/unresponsive, does nothing. NTB does the same, even if you don’t close the Vault, it just becomes unresponsive. So, very, frustrating. Have to actually go up to the task bar, open NIS, click on Settings, log in, go to Web, go to ID Safe, click to configure, THEN login to ID Safe. Norton support is of absolutely no help at all, just keeps asking us to do the same thing over and over and over again, remove/disable NTB from browser, run update, restart…remove NIS, use tool to remove NIS, reinstall, etc, etc. Isn’t that the very definition of insanity? This used to be a very reliable product that could be counted on to work, that is, until, they apparently moved it to the ‘cloud’. They lost something in the ‘cloud’.
If anyone has an answer for this extremely irritating issue, please assist. Paying for a product that does not work as advertized, not pleased.
