Purchased NU14 online from Symantec at the same time as N3650 renewal but version offered on www was not Win7 compatible and subsequently did not load properly.
Symantec Support from India took remote control of my laptop to try to sort the problem (five separate attempts at around three hours each) and one attempt from USA identified the incompatibility although there appears an underlying issue......
