Numerous False Email notifications

Have been using this product for a few weeks now and have been happy with it, except for one thing: recently I have started receiving numerous false email notifications. Today alone I have received more than 15 but the online activity report shows only 1 request for a category.

 

This seems to have only started in the last 3-4 days.

 

Any ideas?

We are seeing this also.  We are also having a number of other problems as well (See my other post).

In the last week I have received upwards of 4000 FOUR THOUSAND email notifications because my children have been on the web.  From what I can tell, the only things that they have done are visit pages that somehow link to feedsDOTfoxsportsDOTcom and possibly failed to log out before leaving the computer, leading to over-the-time limit problem too.

Can you tell us how your child is configured? The url you give could potentially be used for some other installed program to pull sports data. What mode are you using, block or warn?

 

What do the emails say?

 

Also what does the activity page show you when you log into onlinefamily.norton.com?
