Obtaining SafeWeb rating

The ownership of my site (www.saintes.co.uk) was verified by Norton about six weeks ago but it is still shown as 'untested' by Norton SafeWeb which clearly will tend to dissuade potential visitors from viewing the site.

 

Is there anything I can do to get the site rated on 'safeweb.norton.com' as soon as possible?

and went through the verification process without any problems?

Adding to Yaso's inquiry, can you confirm that when you log in to your Norton Safe Web account and go to "Site Dispute", you have the "ownership verified" listed under Status?

I can confirm that the site verification process was fine and that the site is shown in my account with the status "ownership verified".

Thanks for the information. Because you have been waiting for quite a long time, I have requested that someone from the SafeWeb Team be notified in order to check your website. You might have to wait till Monday for someone to get back to you since there are not many names in red around over the weekend. Thank you for your patience :-)

The ownership of my site (www.understandingfinance.co.uk) was verified by Norton about two months ago but it is still shown as 'untested' by Norton SafeWeb which clearly will tend to dissuade potential visitors from viewing the site.

 

I can confirm that the verification process was fine and that in my Norton Safe Web account under the Status column the site has been listed as "ownership verified"  since 26 June 2010.

  

Is there anything I can do to get the site rated on 'safeweb.norton.com' as soon as possible?
