I reinstalled NIS 2009 on August 9th. I just noticed that there are two sets of definitions in the virusdefs folder: 20090809.020 and 20090817.024. One is the latest and the other appears to be the latest when I did the install. My question is why is the 20090809.020 still there? Normally older virusdefs go away on a reboot, but this one persists.
Here's my usage.dat file:
[20090809.020]
SFS_D446370E-CA4A-4C6A-AE7C-59C19B05D94D=1
[20090817.024]
SRTSP=1
AVDEFMGR=1
I'm curious as to what other people's usage.dat files look like. Older posted versions had a "APP_ID_SCANNERW=1" line in it, which mine seems to lack, but I have the "SFS..." line which the others don't have.
