Older offline computer has w32.sillydc

I use an old old old computer utilizing Windows 2000 professional, for work purposes.  It does not ever go online.  Through a flash drive, it has contracted the w32.sillydc worm.  Are there any options for removing this?  It doesn't seem to have affected anything, but every flash drive I attach gets infected and has to be scanned, which is getting to be annoying.  (I have one flash that I can lock, so I can transfer files to without becoming infected, but that doesn't help when I need files transferred from.)  Have used Norton on all my other computers for probably 20 years.
