One Click Support Problem with NIS2009 Trialware

I Have upgraded to NIS2009 from 2008 by using the Trialware and have 46 days left to run,

I have noticed that my connection to the internet icon, is missing from my taskbar on bottom right hand side of screen.

When I went to ask a question in One click support, One click support loads, I get the page Checking Connectivity,building support url and loading support webpage on the next screen I enter the search question and on the following page I get the three green ticks next to  Checking connectivity Support Url and Loading support webpage but then nothing happens, the page freezes. I do however here a few clicks as my processor activates.  Any Ideas anyone please.

 

I am using Windows XP 3 with a BT Voyager 2100 Router
