One Year Renewal

I want to renew on line. But, in going through to the end it appears as if I am committed to an automatic renewal process, which I do not want. How can I just renew for one additional year?

Thanks for the reply. I am not PC knowledgeable. So, cannot answer your question.

As for the auto-renew, I will just go to Costco and buy it and start over. Might try that Kaperski (?). I just do not do

auto-renewals on anything.

Cheers..........

Hi, I agree about the auto-renewal.  I've had Norton quite a few years, and after you first sign up, you can remove yourself.  Just remember your password to the actual website and you go under your account settings and remove yourself from the auto-renewal.  I did this and it works!

I have a problem, too.  I recently upgraded to IE 8, didn't really want to, but Yahoo said I had to for the email.  Anyway, I lost my Norton toolbar and now all the logins that I had!  I'm so upset, but I can get it back but I can't find the toolbar from Norton to download.  I looked all over on the website and in my Norton application.  Do you know how I can get the toolbar back?

Thanks.

It's no a good idea to bring such a different problem into a discussion on something totally different!

But in case it is this simple -- right mouse click on your browser toolbar and check Norton Toobar .......

If this does not solve it would you start your own discussion on this using the New Message button ..
