Issue abstract: Online backups no longer working after moving
Detailed description: So i recently moved home and now it is saying that my online backup drive is no longer available. The drive is up and connected but I also note it tells me that online backup hasn’t been supported since July 2020. From what I’m reading I have to delete the old. All software is up to date.

@Davot10 Online backup is indeed no longer supported. Can you still SEE those backups and need them restored?

May I am confusing things. is this different to their backup capability non-cloud?
What Norton product are you using for the backups? The Norton Online Backup app, or the backup features of Norton 360?
It is the Online Backup app that is no longer supported. There is no change to the Nortonv360 backup feature.
Are you backing up to an external drive or Norton’s cloud storage?

Backing up to an external drive, which is also then replicated and then copied to an offline storage. Thank you for clarifying.
So to be clear. You are using Norton 360 backup to create a backup to an external drive? Are you saying that you then create another backup with 360 that you store in the Norton cloud storage?
No I’m using Norton 360 to backup files to an external drive.
