Online backup purge won't stop

I started a purge about 3 days ago and it is still running. Please can you kill it.

Hi Wesley, sorry for asking but is this reply private? I don't see any option to send specifically to you and not to the group. The purge is still running after more than a week, and it's only a single folder.
