Online Backup - Repeated error message stating insufficient storage space

Due to problems with N360 I took the step to migrate to using the standalone Online Backup product.  N360 is no longer installed on any machine that uses online backup.

 

N360 storage space was migrated to online backup.  All previous backed up files (from N360) had been purged by the Norton backup team upon my request in 2009. 

 

I am now receiving desktop multiple prompts that my storage space is full.  Accessing the online back configuration pages also provides messages that previous (N360) storage space requires renewal.  (see image below).  

 

Selecting close (against each warning message) on the online configuration home page does not clear the warning messages (online or desktop). 

 

My current backup sets do not exceed the current activated storage space.

 

Can someone please reset the storage allocation for my account to stop the error messages and to provide me with a true count of used/unused storage.
