Online backup shows my PC 3 times and memory is exceeded

I currently have only two computers (PC & laptop) using online backup, yet when I log into online backup, it shows 4 computers. The PC is listed 3 times with backed-up files under each one, laptop only shows up once.  "Help" says I should be able to remove a computer using this option on the online backup home page, but this option does not show up on the page.

How do I remove the duplicate computers?

Online Home Page.jpgI I have attached a screen capture showing the Online Home Page.  I don't see the "Remove a Computer" option anywhere.  Please advise.  Thanks

NOBU does not allow you to remove N360 end points (if you see in small text for each of those it says Norton 360). You have to remove the N360 end points using the N360 client. The specific instructions on how to do that vary by version. Does that at least get you headed down the right path? We have a separate forum dedicated to N360 which might be a good resource otherwise. I am using N360 v5 so I could walk you through it for that version.

PC is using ver 5.0.1.4, please advise on how I can eliminate redundant memory and continue using ONBU.  Subscription is about to expire and not sure I want to renew if I have to purchase additional memory to backup less then 15 GB, then 25 GB is "free".

Hi,

If you are using N360 then you will not be able to delete computers using NOBU. The NOBU product will let you restore data from your N360 backups but the functionality is limited. To purge an N360 set you can either use the N360 client or the Norton Drive. I find the easier to be Norton Drive - open Windows Explorer, look for Norton Drive (depending on your Windows version it will look a little different but it generally stands out), find Online Backup, right click the backup set you want to purge, and hit Delete.
