I'm having the same problem this person (Jfreck) experienced. I've contacted support but i think (i hope) I'm more likely to find a solution on this forum. Any help?

My machine: Win 7 Home, 64 bit, intel quad Q 8300 8 GB RAM, running IE 8.0.7600
Problem: Subscribed to NOB on 12/14/09. Backup complete 12/15. 12/16, 12/17 and 12/18/09.
Stuck on "Backup in progress" since 0300 12/19/09.
Tried: reset schedule, no luck. See below
Any help appreciated
