When I visit a Banking site a drop down info box indicates that Online Banking Protection is OFF and asks if I want to try OBP. When I go to settings it indicates that OBP is ON. So is it ON or OFF?
As of September 20, 2022, we are changing the way we administer Online Banking protection. For more information, please visit End-of-Life announcement for Online Banking Protection blog page.

2) Difficulty finding extensions for each browser. Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Opera used.
Use this URL in supported browsers to find/install Norton browser extensions:

The Online Banking function does not work with any Polish bank. Useless function.
NortonForumRwm:Did try all the above previously but still had the same results. Drop Down Banner said "Disabled" and point to Try this feature. Banking Protection box was already checked which is what led to this question. Did sign into Norton account but didn't seem to work. Thanks.
Please share which bank website?

NortonForumRwm:Did try the above reply from Permalink at 8:16AM this morning and OBP started to work with isolate.norton.com.... and green border. Worked several times very well. This afternoon I am trying again but now I get the endless circle while trying to connect. Now I get the message box "Aw, Snap. This site can't be reached www.mybank.com took too long to respond" message. The Bank website appears briefly then disappears to a blank white screen and then the Aw Snap message box.
Norton Secure VPN Off? Chrome?
Note: I'm not finding 'mybank.com' listed with supported websites.

for example:

User sees drop down arrow (if user has Banking Protection enabled in Safe Web Settings)
and pull down shows Try this feature
Try this feature calls Sign In to your Norton Account
and with Sign In > user sees 'Banking Protection Enabled' (green border)
and the address bar URL shows 'isolate.norton.com'
https://isolate.norton.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fnb-online.com%2F

Norton Safe Web feature: Online Banking Protection
Online banking threats (such as banking Trojans) can infect computers and mobile devices alike, and can be used to steal bank log-in credentials.
Norton customers have told us that they want extra peace of mind when they are performing financial transactions online, so we have added the Online Banking Protection feature in Norton Safe Web.
With Online Banking Protection, Norton Safe Web automatically detects when you visit a banking site, and then it launches the banking session in an isolated and protected mode.
