Online Family Norton is Not Showing Activity

Hi,

I have Online Family Norton installed on my daughter's computer.  When I log in to the website to check activity, it lists no activity since 4/22/10.  I know she has been online every day since then.  I just went on her computer & checked to make sure it's still installed.  It is & her account is still listed & it says she is protected on that computer.  We have the lastest version of the program so that is not the program.  Can you tell me why her activity is not showing & what I can do to fix this?  This is the whole reason I installed this program - so I could check her activity.  Thanks.

She doesn't have administrative rights.   I am the only administrator on the computer & my account is password protected.

Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall Norton Safety Minder to see if it helps?

No, I haven't.  I guess I can try that - seems like that will take a lot of time.  I was hoping that there would be some solution to this.  I just installed it jusst over a week ago.....

It should only take a few minutes to finish uninstalling/reinstalling Norton Safety Minder.

 

What security product do you have on the PC?

Norton is my security software.  I didn't get around to reinstalling but all of a sudden the activity started showing up again.  Will try a reinstall if it happens again.
