Yesterday I started trying to renew my Norton Internet Security subscription as it has 6 days to run. After entering all the billing information and hitting "submit" I was told to try again later. Which I did, several times, and again today. Inquiries have shown that with each retry, my bank received a request for authorization from Symantec and responded positively.
Symantec support have not been able to help. Is this a Subscription Server problem, or is Norton Internet Security itself preventing the transaction from completing successfully? I've just been told to try again in 24 hours from another computer! If this is typical of Symantec support, then maybe I should reconsider renewing my subscription.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
