I cannot open the Online Vault from the Norton Toolbar in FF or IE. The password is rejected.
The same error occurs via the NIS settings dialogue.
I can login and view my vault via the website version. This proves the password is correct.
I am logged into my Norton Account and the password hint shows as expected.
Live update is up-to-date.
Is there a solution for this?
