hi for some very strange reason when i click on the RENEW from my norton internet security or even go to help and then to the go to norton support it trys to open with windows movie maker and says cannot do this
i click renew it says "communicating with norton server " then windows movie maker always opens and says cannot support this file type..i have no idea why it is even trying to open this and not connecting to their page on the internet
i have tried logging into my account and renewing it from their internet page myself but all i get is a circle going round and round and nothing else happening
i have time yet to renew so its not urgent but i need to stop windows movies opening each time i try to access norton from the computer.puzzling !!!
