right now, the customer support provided me with product key but it was invalid, he’s looking into it for solutions.
Make sure that your are entring the product key correctly. Get the confirmation email with product key through Customer services. Also, check whether you have downloaded the correct product. You cannot use the key of Norton AntiVirus 2009 for activating Norton Internet Security 2009 or vice versa.
Are you referring to Norton AntiVirus 2009 or to Norton Internet Security 2009 ?
Where did your order it from and how? From the Symanatec Website? If so where on it?
Do you mean you paid? That probably means the Norton Store that is run by DigitalRiver and from memory they send you an email with a link to the download -- have you checked your email?
Please give us some more information.
Meanwhile, if all you need is the software to download and install for a trial period you can get that from the Norton website and sort out the payment later.
But tell us what you have done and where.
It happens if the order is incomplete. When you contact the chat support, ask them to provide you a refund for the order and then place a new order with the help of the technician. This will resolve the issue.
