Other password managers

Reposting here because the suggestion to do was was given:

(That may or may not show as hyperlink)

What I asked about was:   Which other password managers would be good, if we have like the way Norton's logins management has been, like when Identity Safe allowed us to save and edit our login combinations?  LastPass was recommended, but which OTHERS work the same or similar way as the one in Norton (did)?  I wish to know first, before trying to play around with any.

That question is for comparisons with Norton's IDENTITY SAFE Password Management system.

Maybe better to post this in Tech Outpost.

FWIW, I am using Enpass now.  It is a local vault.

I am still interested in this question, but Krusty13, I appreciate your article discussion; although too much to read for so few suggestions.  I DID like Norton's Local Vault system; I have since become somewhat accustomed to LastPass but not yet an expert.  LastPass is at least, good.  I have heard and read a little about Dashlane and might one day try it.  Both these are 'cloud'.  I like to stay away from anything too complicated, and I find LastPass more complicated than I wish although generally it works.

So I am still interested in what members here can say.
