Told many times I have 11 out of date drivers. Finally decided to check my whole laptop thru device manager. Subsequently it was stated that windows determined that the existing driver was adequate. And that was the same for every driver. So is Norton having me on. I'm sure the offer to upgrade 11 drivers was not free.
Additionally, I've always had five devices protected. Now suddenly I only have 3??? Using Win 10
The Devices page in your Norton Account is notorious for being incorrect.
To get an accurate list of devices, log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right, then click on Manage My Subscriptions. Then find your current subscription and click on Manage Licenses to see the list of devices activated on that subscription.
Norton 360 Classic interface click on Settings => Administrative Settings => Remote Management ~ confirm Remote Management is turned on. Remote Management on should allow devices to be detected on your My Devices page. May take time for devices to be recognized.
Norton Remote Management sends the health status of your device and other information to the My Norton portal. You can use the My Norton portal to view, manage, or explore Norton products and fix some protection issues with your device remotely. By default, Remote Management is turned on.
Is it Software Updater or Driver Updater telling that some drivers are outdated? If either of these is, totally ignore it & then disable both, both do not have a good record of getting it right.
