When I run the conncectivity trouble shooter, it tells me the trusted application list is out of date (current version: June 10, 1008), and it will attempt to update it. When I click "attempt to update", it says "Trusted Application List not updated". In the details it says:

Information about your product and the problem

Product SymNCTS
Version 3.2.0
Language english
Module ID 2020
Error ID 258
Build 21

When I run live update, it says, no updates needed.

I doubt that this is causing the problem, but how to fix this situation?

Thanks

Joerg

When trying to send emails to addresses of a certain domain (@mpiib-mpg.berlin.de - a domain of the Max-Planck-Society) the mail gets stuck in the outbox, the Outlook symbol in the info area of the taskbar starts flickering, and the message stays in the outbox, saying "Sent: none" as date. This is annoying, becaue lots of my mail corrspondence is with addresses at that domain.

My idea was to disable checking of outgoing mail, which I did, but this did not resolve the problem. Is this related to the NAV-proxy, and the unusual number of dots and hyphens in the address? How can this be solved? The mails do not get send, and I have to switch to offline mode to be able to delete it.

All Windows (Vista Ultimate) and NAV-updates applied.

Any clue?

Thanks

NAV does not use Trusted Application List and that’s why it’s not updated.  How big is your e-mail in size?  If you are sending big e-mails (say >4MB), they might be blocked from your e-mail servers and thus you can’t send them.

This sounds like an odd situation. I would first recommend contacting our Customer Support team through the product’s Help & Support link. Or you can visit the below site to contact our free Customer Support:

If you have already done this and they could not resolve your issue, please let us know. If this is the case, please provide as many details as possible. Thanks!
