Outlook 2007 Disables Symantec AntiVirus Add-In

I tried to search this before I posted, but I didn't find any definite answers...

Client Machine: XP Pro SP3, Office 2007 ( Outlook 2007 )
Symantec Endpoint V11.0.4000.2295 ( Corporate Edition )

I am on a small business network, and one of the clients is receiving the following errors upon startup of Outlook 2007:

The Add-In "Symantec AntiVirus Outlook Protection" ( C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\vpmsece.dll ) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-In manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-In.

This is on the client machine, the other 11 clients do not have this issue. I tried in uninstall/reinstall Endpoint and restart Outlook, but it did not resolve, I went into the "Trust Center" to check the Add-in's and Disabled lists, and Symantec doesn’t even show up on any of the lists... The client is unmanaged and does it's own LiveUpdates and scheduled scans.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!
