Hello everybody,
Hope somebody might have an answer to my problem. Just updated my 360 v 2.0 by installing 360 v3.0. I installed the Norton Add On pack prior to reopening my Outlook 2007. Now the Antispam toolbars and plug ins are missing. How can I get them back and working again?

Hi AZ,
Please be informed that Norton AntiSpam is intergrated with-in the Norton 360 3.0 version, you can find it's options under Settings and so the Add-on Pack consists of only Parental Control/Privacy Control. By default, the AntiSpam is turned off after installation. You may have to Turn ON the AntiSpam from Settings so that it can work. Also, run LiveUpdate repeatedly until you see the message "No more updates..." and restart the computer whenever it prompts. Once Norton 360 gets all the updates, you will be able to find all features working.

I also noticed in Outlook 2007 that the Norton AntiSpam Outlook Plugin toolbar was missing. After reading this thread I did have AntiSpam turned on, but the issure had to do with how I launch Outlook. I’m running Office 2007 on a vista 64bit pc, and have been running into issues with Outlook crashing, so I found if I launch Outlook minimized, it wouldn’t crash on startup. So my outlook shortcut is set to run minimized. If I launch outlook minimized the Norton AntiSpam toolbar is missing, but If I open outlook thru the installed shortcut then the toolbar is there.
