My previous copy of Norton 360 has expired, I removed with norton removal tool that I download today from norton website. afte removed I installed Norton 360 on to my pc and live update Norton 360 until no update show. when starting to use my outlook 2007, I am not able to receive email and continue giving the following message:
Task 'EMAIL-REMOVED - Receiving' reported error (0x80042108) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
I have tried to allow outlook under smart firewall, turn off anti-spam, it continues showing the message above. I close everythong and use norton removal tool to remove Norton 360, after reboot, I open up outlook 2007 and able to recieve email perfectly with no problem. I close everything and install Norton 360, after installation, I open up outlook 2007 again, shows the same error above. I assume there is something I did not do correct or some setting should I do or a software bug? Please advise. Thank you.
