Outlook 2010 takes forever to load Norton Antispam Outlook Plugin

Lately when I start Outlook 2010 it stops at plugin #6 which happens to be the Norton Antispam Outlook Plugin and takes more than a minute to load just that one plugin before going to the other plugins and then finally opening Outlook.  This was not always the case but started within the last month or so.  Any suggestions as to what might be the problem???

 

I am using Norton Internet Security version 18.6.0.29 and Windows 7 Professional with Service Pack 1.  The version of Outlook as stated is Outlook 2010.
