I see something similar on occasion. Try changing the country in NWP to the country you are in. You will still be protected the same, but you will just appear to be in a different location in your country.
In my case, I use Gmail, and when NWP changes country, I get Gmail alerts about someone having my password. I have to verify that it was me by logging into my Google Account.
