Norton has to many items why not include all in one think i am going to cancel

There are three types of users for security product like Norton.
- Ones that want everything including the kitchen sink included for one price, which may be quite expensive for some.
- Ones that want only the basic protection at the most economical price.
- Ones that want the basic protection but are able to add only the additional features the find useful, and are willing to pay the premiums for those addons.
A company does their research and decides which group to focus on. Not every customer will be happy with the choice, and they have to decide whether or not to go with that company.
