I am in the UK and have just been notified that I have been charged several times for a number of products:
Norton Utilities Ultimate - Charged 4 times
Norton 360 Multi-Device - Charged twice
Norton Driver Updater - Charged 3 times
I only have one PC and one laptop. Surely the above is wrong!!!
I have tried several times to contact you via chat online, but when I fill out my phone number it keeps telling me it is in the wrong format....but it does not tell what the right format is!!!!!!
Norton's billing and subscriptions don't match. We have been doubled billed for certain products and trying to contact Norton and get answers is virtually impossible. Canceling all renewals except for 360. Going to research other products and will cancel renewal for 360 as soon as another company's anti-virus product is found and purchased. Have been a Norton customer for many years but the company has changed and I no longer trust their billing nor their product support.
