I recently installed NIS 2013; my computer has both IE8 and Google Chrome installed.
Recently (say last 48 hours), I noticed that when I clicked on the Norton Identity Safe icon (to get the toolbar started, after starting Chrome), that a "second Identity Safe Vault login" was appearing beneath what I thought was the "normal" toolbar.
Please look at this screenshot. Any idea what is causing this, and is it "normal" for Identity Safe to have two Vault login options (is this two toolbars, too??), one under the other?? Thank you.
