Hi Dave, thanks for responding so quickly!
The redirection happens when I first visit the page and again when I log in (when the sid has changed). I can set up a temporary user account for you if necessary.
I've reported the page through the Norton toolbar (several times, both with and without various session ids appended to the main url) and through https://submit.symantec.com/antifraud/false_positive.cgi. The response from that submission was that they couldn't recreate the problem.
The page is still being built at the moment so I don't know if anyone else will find the same thing - it is a small website and I am the sole developer so don't know who else to ask.
Thanks for the help!
Hi!
A page of my website keeps being blocked as Norton thinks it is phishing.
The problem started when I upgraded to NIS 2008 and has continued now that I have 360 v2. The same thing happens in Firefox and IE7 but not Safari (Windows).
I have reported the page as safe and run LiveUpdate several times, but the problem seems to be that because the session id has to be passed in the URL the phishing filter thinks it is a different page every time the session id changes.
How can I stop it from doing this?
Thanks
Could you please run LiveUpdate until there are no more updates to be installed, then re-start your computer and verify for me that this issue has been resolved?
Thanks!
Are you sure it is the right url?
I receive an unexpected error
D'Oh, space crept in there somewhere! URL should be
https://web47.secure-secure.co.uk/saac.org.uk/community/members/editdetails.php?sid=710fc64bbe124bd35e175a6468d8bc81 - or any other combination of letters or numbers for the sid.
I've just run LiveUpdate and restarted again but the problem is still the same.
I have sent you an email asking for further information so we can resolve the issue you are experiencing.
Thanks!
Yay, it worked! Thanks for all the help :)

Hi Dave,
Visitors are reporting that my site is setting off their Norton Phishing Filter.
My site is a Money Bomb site for Senator John McCain, not a fraud or scam site.
http://www.bravozulumccain.com
How do I get this resolved. I just got linked to by a big web site and this is hurting our effort.
Thank you for your time,
J. Lane
We encourage our customers to submit websites misidentified as fraudulent via the web site:
https://submit.symantec.com/antifraud/false_positive.cgi
I have gone ahead and submitted the site for you on that site.
Cheers,
Thank you Dave
Have a good day. :)
Hello,
Changes have been made to the definitions on the LiveUpdate server. Please run LiveUpdate to install these changes, then restart the system and run LiveUpdate again just to make sure everything has been installed. Once you are satisfied all updates have been applied, please try to reproduce the issue you reported. This issue should be resolved now.
Let me know,
It works for me now, Bravo zulu
Hello,
I assume you submitted the page via: https://submit.symantec.com/antifraud/false_positive.cgi
Do you know if this is happening for other users? Or just you? Do you mind posting the affected URL here? Or steps on how to get to the affected page? Thanks!
